Harrington. Paul’s parents were publicans and Paul has
been interacting with customers since he was a child, but he
began his professional career as a chef in Ireland in 1981. He
has gained experience over the years in the Forest Park Hotel,
Ireland, the Rembrandt Hotel, South Kensington, London, the Menzies
Hotel and Eurest Australia in Sydney and started Famish in Sydney
in 1999. Paul has being in the hospitality industry now for over
26 years.
